This is a dual-role opportunity to shape recruitment strategy while driving meaningful HR initiatives that directly impact our people and culture.
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Create a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach.
- Support employer branding initiatives, promoting Faye’s culture and values to external talent pools.
- Maintain and optimize our recruiting processes, tools, and reporting to ensure efficiency and scalability.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing coaching, guidance, and support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, performance, retention, and more).
- Partner with managers to build and maintain a high-performing, values-driven culture.
- Monitor the organizational pulse, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to strengthen engagement, enhance the employee experience, and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate feedback and data into concrete action plans that support business goals and people growth.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are applied consistently, while continuously looking for opportunities to optimize and evolve them.
Requirements
- Fluent English at a native level - a must.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles - a must.
- 2+ years of experience in HRBP roles - a must.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently - a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment lifecycle.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with HR and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Comeet, HiBob.) - an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with a positive attitude.
