Responsibilities
Be the IT sole owner end to end:
- Deliver day-to-day IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and self-service tools.
- Own full asset lifecycle: procurement, setup, support, and retirement.
- Enable hybrid and remote work with secure access and reliable A/V infrastructure.
- Implement and manage security and compliance (SSO, MFA, endpoint protection).
- Lead IT strategy and execution, including roadmap planning and standards.
- Integrate systems with Okta to support automation and workflows.
Requirements
Required Experience
- 5+ years in IT management, including 2–3 in tech startups or fast-growing companies
- Expert in Okta, Google Workspace, and Apple Business Manager
- Built and led annual IT roadmaps with cross-functional coordination
- Implemented SSO, MFA, MDM; familiar with SOC 2 compliance
- Managed VPNs and SaaS tools for distributed teams
- Oversaw large-scale device inventory and A/V setups
- Proven IT support experience, including end-to-end onboarding and offboarding
Additional Skills & Traits
- Balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning – equally comfortable fixing a laptop or building a roadmap.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and communicate clearly.
- Service-oriented mindset – enabling employees rather than acting as a “gatekeeper.”
- Fluent in English; comfortable working with remote, global teams.
- Hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office, requires on-site presence 4-5 days a week.
