What we're looking for:
Faye is seeking a sharp, strategic, and detail-obsessed Head of Insurance Programs to own the full lifecycle of our insurance products. This senior role sits at the intersection of product, claims, customer experience, business development, operations, and compliance, and you will be trusted with building, maintaining, and optimizing travel protection offerings that are as innovative as they are airtight.
From product ideation and creation, to pricing and regulatory approval, audits, and performance tracking, this leader will ensure our products continue to exceed customer expectations while meeting the highest standards of performance, compliance, and clarity.
You’ll be on top of the needs of Faye’s customers, help understand their future needs, and be aware of how other companies in the industry are performing.
If you're excited by the challenge of scaling category-defining insurance products that are easy to understand, delightful to use, and backed by best-in-class coverage you'll thrive at Faye.
