Travel Care Additional Terms

Additional Terms for Gigs eSIM Purchases:

1. eSIM Purchase Guidelines
   1. eSIMs are available for a single destination region only and cannot be purchased for multiple regions.
   2. eSIMs can only be purchased for the travel region specified in the travel insurance policy purchased through Faye Services.
   3. If a travel insurance policy covers multiple regions, the purchase of an eSIM will not be supported.
   4. eSIM purchases are final once activated or used.
   5. Any attempt to use the eSIM outside of the designated travel dates or for unsupported regions may result in deactivation without refund.
2. eSIM Usage Period
   1. eSIMs are valid for use only during the travel insurance policy’s start and end dates.
   2. Any usage of the eSIM outside of the policy’s trip dates is not permitted and will not be supported.
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
   1. A buyer of the eSIM may request a refund or cancellation of the eSIM before the start of the trip, provided the eSIM has not been activated or used.
   2. Once the eSIM has been activated or used, cancellation and refund will no longer be allowed, regardless of whether the trip was completed or not.
   3. If the travel insurance policy is canceled, the associated eSIM will be automatically canceled and refunded, provided that the eSIM has not been activated or used.
4. Process for Cancellation and Refund
   1. A buyer of the eSIM must contact us to request a cancellation and refund.
   2. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after verifying the eSIM has not been activated or used.
