Yes. You can buy a plan that covers you for trips of up to 180 days (roughly 6 months). If you are planning on staying at a destination longer, you might want to contact a company that provides health coverage for those temporarily living overseas.

Faye’s Travel Protection Plan is based on a mixture of the base coverage and bundles available in the Faye Travel Protection Policy (click here to read it in full). 

During the onboarding process, we take into account if you're traveling domestically or internationally in order to offer the right medical bundle, and based on when you're traveling, the right baggage and trip cancellation protection. For example, you can't buy trip cancellation on the day of your set departure date, so we're not going to try and sell it to you.

Yes, you can change your trip cost within 14 days of purchasing your plan as long as you have not departed on your trip, incurred a loss, or filed a claim.

Unfortunately no, but you can purchase Faye travel protection prior to your trip, right up until departure. Head to our website or app on iOS or Android to get covered. 

Yes. You can cancel your travel insurance and receive a full refund up to 14 days after purchasing Faye coverage as long as your trip didn’t start yet, you have not incurred a loss and you haven’t filed a claim.

We sure do. It means that if you add on this protection, you can cancel your trip for any reason not already covered by this plan - even if you just don’t feel like going - and as long as you do so more than 48 hours prior to your trip’s scheduled departure date, we’ll cover 75% of your non-refundable trip costs.
