Our commitment to COVID-19 coverage

Pre-trip
FYI: during the purchase process, we ask you for your estimated total trip cost. What can be covered:
- Flight tickets
- Hotel bookings
- Show & activity tickets
This add-on gives you the ability to nix your trip for reasons other than those covered in your policy (such as fear of contracting COVID-19), as long as you do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled departure date. What can be covered:
- Flight tickets
- Hotel bookings
- Show & activity tickets

In-trip
If you experience illness in-trip, you can be covered for up to $250K for international travel and up to $50k for domestic travel in emergency medical expenses. Your trip interruption expenses can also be covered and our customer experience team will be available 24/7 to help you - whether it’s finding a doctor or a pharmacy.

If your travel partner becomes ill with COVID-19 while in-trip, you can be covered for your unused prepaid expenses (like hotels, tours, shows, etc.) as well as the costs to change your transportation to come home earlier or later than expected.
