Faye is looking for a social media manager to join our Tel Aviv team and take our brand to new heights. As a modern, digital and person-first travel insurance brand that’s going the distance to care of American travelers, we want to make sure we’re meeting them where they’re at online. 

If you live and breathe social, are always on top of the latest trends, and love to travel, this role is for you.

• Create a social presence online that aligns with Faye’s vision and mission of continuing to disrupt a legacy-dominated space 
• Strategy creation, content creation and execution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and more (should also include a paid aspect, i.e., boosting, and diversification of content across channels)
• Grow followers, likes, engagements, shares and comments across all channels MoM to boost brand awareness while continually managing brand reputation 
• Write video scripts and create/edit short-form videos, specifically for TikTok and Instagram
• Play a key content creation role in growth marketing social projects - from paid influencer campaigns to travel partnership content to working with our pals at Facebook and Google
• Work with our design team & freelancers to bring content to life visually 
• Partake in social listening while constantly identifying social trends to jump on (and those not to)
• Engage with travelers in key forums: Quora, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc
• Put Faye top of mind for consumers by shocking and delighting them with our different approach to social media content
• Keep team abreast of the latest social platforms + a POV on joining
• Focus on both engaging with consumers, as well as travel advisors/agents and potential partners
• Analyze, review, and report on social media activity, tying social to the bottom line

• 6+ years managing social media for B2C brands
• In-depth understanding of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
• Proven track record of increasing followers, likes, shares, engagements, comments and more
• Ability to measure social media’s impact on brand
• Native English speaker/writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of paid content best practices - from CTAs to logo placement to script writing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field
• A strong attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• A self starter who works well with tight deadlines
• Creativity and an eagerness to innovate & think outside the box
• Experience or knowledge of the hospitality or travel industries - a plus
