Faye is searching for a skilled Product Manager to become a valuable member of our dynamic team operating in the ecosystem of travel tech and fintech. As a Product Manager, you will help lead our daily product development efforts, serving travelers and travel advisors globally across sectors like insurance, finance, information, and assistance. Collaboration with our R&D, design, comms and claims teams will be integral as you strive to elevate our product’s user experience. This position is full-time, based in our Tel Aviv offices.

• Manage & lead ongoing sprints
• Analyze app data and behavior
• Work closely with design to best build customer and partner flows
• Write specifications and requirements 
• Engage with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams—including R&D, Growth, CX & Claims—to drive product growth and usability
• Conduct user research and deep dive into our customers' needs and behavior to find pain points and opportunities for improvement
• Define goals and metrics for different aspects of the product and company

• 2-4 years of experience as a product manager or product owner
• Proven experience with developing web products, mobile applications, and internal back-office products
• Experience working with product data analytics (i.e MixPanel \ Full Story)
• Experience with consumer products for the American market
• Experience with Fintech or insuretech industries - advantage 
• Prior experience with product marketing and growth - advantage
• Prior experience with Jira & Figma \ Sketch - advantage
• Prior experience working in start-ups - advantage
