Office & Employee Experience Manager

Responsibilities
As a member of our HR & Operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Employee Experience & Happiness: Executing employee engagement and welfare plans, from planning to execution, including managing the budget and expenses. You'll be responsible for creating plans that are uniquely suited to our culture at Faye.
- HR & Recruitment: Leading and managing hiring processes, while making our candidate experience a team-wide priority; Assisting with onboarding processes, as well as other HR projects as needed.
- Admin: Providing general administrative support to the office as needed. Acting as a central point of contact for our employees, managing day-to-day office needs such as external vendors to ensure a pleasant and productive work environment.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience in employee experiences in high-tech companies
- A people person, team player with a can-do attitude, effective communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service attitude
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently, and have ability to multitask
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Experience working in a Tech environment and especially in hyper-growth stages
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
