As we expand, we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Data Analyst to help shape how we grow at Faye. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing leaders and senior management to measure performance, run meaningful analyses, and influence decisions that drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on performance measurement, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling to inform strategy, budget allocation, and optimization decisions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment, with real ownership, high impact, and strong exposure to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Marketing leadership and top management on high-impact growth decisions.
- Define, track, and evolve core Marketing & Growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, etc.).
- Build dashboards and recurring insights using Tableau, backed by Snowflake and dbt.
- Analyze performance across multi-channel marketing efforts (paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships).
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, from metric definition to insights.
- Own and improve tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure reliable measurement.
- Build and apply statistical and econometric models (e.g., MMM, regression, incrementality) using Python or R.
- Support forecasting, planning, and budget allocation with data-driven insights.
- Communicate findings clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ of experience in analytics, business analysis, or data-focused roles, ideally supporting Marketing or Growth teams.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, real-world datasets.
- Experience using Python or R for analysis and advanced statistical modeling.
- Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal analysis (A/B testing, regression, incrementality, MMM).
- Experience with tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, dbt, and Snowflake (or similar).
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing measurement.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with senior stakeholders in a startup setting.
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by real business impact.
- A relevant academic degree (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering)
- Experience working in multi-channel B2C or B2B2C environments — a plus.
- Background in travel and/or personal fintech — a plus.
