At Faye, our rapid growth creates an exciting chance to shape the employee experience and elevate HR in the US. We're seeking a dynamic HR professional for our Richmond office to drive HR initiatives and support our US-based team, both in-office and remote.
In this key role, you'll collaborate with CX and Claims teams, providing comprehensive HR support to our US employees.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and disputes, fostering a supportive US work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with US labor laws and advise on updates.
- Policy & Processes: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies; manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance & Benefits: Support managers with performance reviews; oversee US employee benefits.
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR data to drive improvements.
- Projects & Handbook: Lead HR projects and maintain the US employee handbook.
- Operations: Manage vendor relations, payroll, budgets, and Richmond office support.
- Employee Experience: Enhance engagement through events, team-building, and welfare activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and HR policy implementation within the US.
- In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
