What we’re looking for:
Faye is seeking an experienced Global Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team! This crucial role involves the analysis, execution, and support of finance operations for our global team (Israel & US). Responsibilities
- Responsible for all accounting transactions, such as- bank & credit cards reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.
- Compliance with monthly and yearly reports
- Support the month-end closing process, posting cut-off JEs, etc.
- Lead and manage payment cycles for vendors, including approving invoices with the relevant stackholders, processing payments, recording relevant JEs
- Responsibility for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, Income tax, National insurance, Tax on payroll)
- Review and record reimbursements of employee’s travel and expense reports
- Assisting external auditors throughout the yearly audit and periodic reviews.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Hi-Tech companies in a similar position
- Certified bookkeeper type 2/3 - Mandatory
- Experience in NetSuite ERP system and Priority - Mandatory
- Proven record in High-tech and/ or Global companies – an advantage.
- Excel proficiency (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks on a timely manner.
- Excellent level of English, both verbal and written - Must
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
