As we expand, we’re looking for an ambitious, analytical, and resourceful Business Operations Associate to join our Biz Ops team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in optimizing business processes, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment.
This role is all about driving results by making operations smoother and smarter, working across teams to identify gaps, improve execution, and turn strategy into clear, scalable processes that support Faye’s success.
Responsibilities
- Own hands-on operational execution, including recurring tasks and revenue funnel management to keep the business running smoothly with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain and improve workflows, documentation, and internal tools, acting as the primary owner for growth platforms to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Lead AI enablement and automation initiatives, building autonomous workflows and prompts to improve content positioning and team productivity.
- Identify operational gaps and design scalable solutions, leading implementation from problem definition through execution to support GTM initiatives.
- Develop growth infrastructure and measurement frameworks, defining and tracking key metrics to provide actionable insights and performance reporting.
- Lead & support strategic projects, including cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Product, and Comms to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, as a PMO, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial engineering, or an analytical related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau; SQL is a plus)
- Hands-on AI Expertise: experience leveraging AI platforms not just for prompting, but for creating AI agents that solve complex operational challenges (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude, Base 44).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to break down complex challenges into actionable, scalable steps.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy, driven, and ambitious individual who naturally takes full ownership of projects.
