- Add your flight details, so we can update you about airport, flight and baggage details, changes and cancellations pre-trip and in-trip
- View essentials like destination emergency numbers, local medical assistance info and more
- Check the weather forecast for your destination(s), figure out the currency conversion with our built-in widget and even rock out to songs for your destination via our custom Spotify playlists plug in built for adventurers like you
- Access Faye Wallet, our secure digital debit card that gives you the ability to get reimbursed on common travel inconveniences and approved claims. Once you receive funds, add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and use it to tap and pay for things you need, rather than paying out of pocket.
There are also special dynamic features that are post-trip exclusives, like being able to book another trip with Faye and inspirational articles to help you plan ahead
What’s more? Head to the Trips tab where you can view past, current and upcoming trip details. When it comes to your approaching adventures, the app enables you to:
- Add your flights, in case you missed it from the home screen
- View your policy and see a breakdown of your coverage
- File a claim directly and easily, uploading all documents digitally
Head directly to the Chat tab to chat with our Customer Experience Team 24/7 about anything and everything – from changing a policy to booking an in-trip telemedicine appointment with a doctor in your native language, and everything in between.
Lastly, check out the Profile tab. Here you can access:
- How many days, trips and miles you’ve traveled with Faye
- The ability to upload a personal photo to add to your account
- A button to Share Faye with your crew via a unique link, and in return you’ll receive $10 per sign up, up to $50 in total per calendar year
- Your personal details, so if you change your email or address you can update it here
- Your claims, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Why are we straying from traditional travel insurance?
The better question is why hasn’t someone thought of this sooner?
We started building Faye because we saw what’s out there and knew it wasn’t enough. We’re also aware that there is an overwhelming majority of Americans who don’t purchase travel insurance.
